Modern rustic cooking. Local seasonal organic produce and local game and fish are used in the daily menus and vegetarian dishes are usually available.

The Greenhouse has a daily menu which reflects the produce they are able to buy on that week. The meat from the farms may vary through the course of the week, the fish that is caught varies with the season and the weather, and as the seasons change, different vegetables are available. This means we can produce a fresh, exciting menu all year round.

We also can cater for vegans, diabetics and coeliacs (most dishes are wheat free anyway), or any other dietary needs. Let us know when you book.
