At Copper we go to great lengths to ensure the highest quality cuisine reaches our customers. We source the finest produce available, with daily deliveries of meat, fish and vegetables. All the food served in Copper is made in house, from our freshly baked breads to our delectable desserts.

Our monthly changing menus are based on what produce is at its peak in that month, with inspiration coming from what we like to eat (though the staff dinners are no reflection on the menu!
