Zombie Arm Omelette

Go ghoulish at breakfast time with a lactose free Zombie Arm Omelette.
Ingredients
90g ham, roughly chopped
1 tsp olive oil
2 medium sized tomatoes
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp mixed Italian herbs
20g Lactofree semi-hard cheese, grated
Instructions
1. Dice the ham.
2. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water to remove the skin and then dice.
3. Beat the egg and add the herbs to the beaten egg and fry in the oil.
4. Leave the omelette open, add the diced tomato, the ham and top with the Lactofree semi-hard cheese.
5. Roll the omelette up to look like a tube or Zombie arm.
6. For extra ghoulish effect, squirt with tomato sauce!
Don’t worry if your Zombie Arm looks a bit crooked – the messier the creepier!
