Cherry and Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie

Perfect for summer, this Cherry and Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie is both healthy and delicious!

Ingredients

1 cup fresh, pitted cherries
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup Lactofree Strawberry Yogurt
1 tsp honey

Method

1. If you want a lovely summer iced smoothie, simply freeze the strawberries and cherries for 2-3 hours beforehand.
2. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
3. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a fresh cherry.
