Apple Milkshake

Summer is a time for milkshakes - try this refreshing apple milkshake topped with crushed ice.
Ingredients
2 sweet apples (peeled, cored and chopped)
2 cups chilled Lactofree Whole or Semi Skimmed
2 tsp white sugar
2 tbsp crushed ice cubes
Method
1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients except the crushed ice cubes.
2. Pour the milkshake into a glass and top it with the crushed ice cubes or thin slivers of apple peel.
