Spaghetti Bolognaise

This homemade family favourite is always delicious, but add a little grated Lactofree cheese on top and you are guaranteed a winner!
Ingredients
Beef mince
1 large onion
2 garlic cloves
Mushrooms
Half a pepper
Dash of balsamic vinegar
Tomato paste
Tin of tomatoes
Dash of red wine
Method
1. Simply add all the ingredients to a large pan. The longer and slower you cook this, the better it tastes!
2. Serve over pasta or spaghetti.
3. Grate Lactofree Semi-Hard Cheese on top and clean plates are guaranteed!
