Yogurt Cake

A family recipe for yummy lactose free yogurt cake.
Ingredients
125g pot Lactofree Strawberry or Raspberry Yogurt
250g (2 pots) sugar
125g (1 pot) sunflower oil
375g (3 pots) self raising flour
2 eggs
1 banana
1 apple
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
1. Grease a loaf pan.
2. Beat egg in a mixing bowl.
3. Add the Lactofree yogurt.
4. Measure sugar and oil with the Lactofree fruit yogurt pot, add them to beaten egg and mix well.
5. Measure the self-raising flour again with the same pot.
6. Add to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
7. Chop and add 1 apple and 1 banana to the mixture.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
9. Bake for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean.
10. Take cake out of oven and let cool for 5 -10 minutes.
11. Turn cake out on to a wire rack and cool completely before serving.
12. Enjoy your Lactofree yogurt cake!
