Cheesy Pizza Pittas

Easy peasy pizza slices, perfect for parties and picnics.
Ingredients
6 pitta breads
Olive oil
1 tin chopped tomatoes / tomato puree / or pasta sauce (check ingredients)
200g Lactofree Semi Hard Cheese
Toppings of your choice – sliced mushrooms, pepperoni, sweetcorn, etc
Mixed herbs, salt and pepper to season
Method
1. Preheat grill at medium-high heat.
2. Cut the pittas diagonally in half and spread one side of the pitta with olive oil and tomato sauce.
3. Add your favourite toppings, cover with grated Lactofree Cheese and season with salt, pepper and mixed herbs.
4. Place the pitta pizza slices under the grill and cook until cheese completely melts, about 5 minutes.
5. Delicious served warm at parties, or cold for picnics.
