Egg Cups

Yummy for brunch or a light lunch

Ingredients

4 eggs
½ cup Lactofree Fresh Semi Skimmed
40g finely grated Lactofree Semi Hard Cheese
50g diced chorizo sausage
2 sliced tomatoes

Method

1. Preheat oven to 200C/400F/Gas Mark 6
2. Whisk eggs and Lactofree Semi-Skimmed together, then stir in the Lactofree semi hard cheese and the chorizo sausage.
3. Divide in 8 muffin cups, add a tomato slice on top and bake for 6-8 mins.

I think chorizo contains lactose doesn't it??
