Avocado and Bacon Bagel

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
4 multigrain bagels
2 ripe avocados, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
8 pieces of dry cured smoked streaky bacon
1 Green lettuce
8 slices Lactofree Semi Hard Cheese
100g Lactofree Soft White Cheese
1 garlic clove, pressed
Salt and pepper
Method
1. Cut bagels in half and toast.
2. Fry bacon until crispy.
3. Stir together the Lactofree Soft White Cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
4. Wash and cut all vegetables and slice the Lactofree Semi Hard Cheese.
5. Assemble the sandwich by spreading the garlic cheese on one half of the bagel, then stack with avocado, peppers, lettuce and Lactofree Semi Hard Cheese.

my grandson is lactose intolerant.

he now takes paked lunch and my daughter can make him food just like the other children.
