Ingredients
5 large eggs
1 large tomato, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 green sweet pepper, seeded and diced
80ml/⅓ cup Lactofree Semi-Skimmed/Whole
5g dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, tomato, onion, sweet pepper and Lactofree Semi-Skimmed/Whole.
2. In a large frying pan heated to medium-high, pour in the egg mixture.
3. Sprinkle in the oregano, and continue stirring until eggs are cooked through.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
