Broccoli Pasta with Cream Sauce

Ingredients
750ml Lactofree Semi-Skimmed/Whole
500g penne pasta
2 heads broccoli, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
75ml olive oil
1 chicken bullion cube
75g flour
7.5ml dried parsley
large pinch black pepper
small pinch paprika
Method
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook to package directions. About 3 minutes before end of cook time, add chopped broccoli. Drain and set aside in a large serving dish.
2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions, garlic and bullion cube, cooking until the cube is dissolved the onions are soft.
3. Add flour, stirring constantly until a thick paste forms.
4. Stir in Lactofree dairy drink and season. Cook until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon.
5. Pour mixture over pasta and broccoli, toss and serve.

two kids with lactose intolerance. Cheese and milk are excellent. Do you intend to produce cream - pouring, whipping, sour etc?
