Chilli Potato Wedges

Spice up the humble spud with our lactose free recipe for Chilli Wedges served with Lactofree soft white cheese - ideal for everyone at a party, even those with lactose intolerance.
Ingredients
1 tbsp onion soup mix
1 tbsp chili powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp pepper
4 large baking potatoes
2 tbsp canola oil
Lactofree soft white cheese
Lemon juice
Paprika
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
2. Combine the soup mix, chilli powder, garlic powder salt and pepper in a resealable bag.
3. Take the potatoes and cut into wedges. Place each wedge in the bag and shake to coat.
4. Cut each potato into eight wedges; place in the bag and shake to coat.
5. Grease a baking pan and arrange the wedges in a single layer. Drizzle with oil and bake for 12 – 20 minutes of until crisp.
6. Mix the Lactofree soft white cheese with a splash of lemon juice and paprika (to taste) and serve as a delicious lactose free dip!
