Cheesy Chilli Con Carne

Nothing like a hearty dish of chilli and beans to warm up a winter's evening!
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp ground cumin, divided
2 can condensed tomato soup
2 can chicken broth
1 can crushed tomatoes
5 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can dark red kidney beans, drained
1 can light red kidney beans, drained
Cayenne pepper to taste
Lactofree semi-hard cheese, grated
Instructions
1. Heat a large stock pot over medium-high heat.
2. Crumble the ground beef into the hot pan, and cook until evenly browned. Drain off excess grease.
3. Add onion, red pepper flakes, and 1/2 tablespoon of the cumin; cook and stir until onion is tender.
4. Pour in the tomato soup, chicken broth, and crushed tomatoes. Season with chilli powder, salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Pour in the beans, and season with remaining cumin and cayenne pepper; simmer for another 30 minutes.
6. Top with grated Lactofree semi-hard cheese.
