Caramel Sauce

Pour Mia's delicious caramel sauce over puddings and drinks, without having to worry about your lactose intolerance.
Ingredients
100g sugar
2 tbsp water
100ml Lactofree cream
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. For this recipe you need your cream to be warm or at least at room temperature.
2. Put the sugar and water in a pan, place over a medium heat until and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
3. Turn up the heat and allow the mixture to bubble for 4-5 minutes, without stirring, until the sugar starts turning golden brown.
4. Take it off the heat and carefully stir in the cream.
5. Let the sauce cool and transfer to a squeezy bottle or an air tight container.
