Banana Ice Cream Sorbet

Perfect to serve at dinner parties or as a treat for all the family, this lactose free ice cream has that real dairy taste.
Ingredients
2 cups of Lactofree fresh dairy drink (whole or semi-skimmed)
400g peeled, ripe bananas
100-200g icing sugar (to taste)
½ cup fresh lemon juice
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients well in a blender.
2. Transfer to an ice cream machine and run for about an hour, then transfer to a freezeable container and allow to freeze completely before serving.
